America’s Credit Unions Transition Board Secretary Karen Harbin is scheduled to testify Friday at a House Financial Services subcommittee field hearing on the use of fintech to increase access to financial services. Harbin—president/CEO of Commonwealth Credit Union—will testify at the field hearing, happening in Lexington, Ky.
The hearing will be live streamed on the House Financial Services Committee’s website starting at 10 a.m. Eastern.

Harbin previously testified before the subcommittee in March on how overregulation is impacting credit unions’ ability to offer safe and affordable financial services.
