Registration for the NCUA’s webinar, “How the IRS VITA Program Can Serve Your Community,” is now open. The one-hour webinar is free, and takes place Monday, Sept. 30 at 11 a.m. Eastern.
The session will cover how credit unions can benefit from the free Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and its expert tax preparation volunteers. Attendees will learn how to integrate VITA programs into their credit union, engage their members and communities, and review data on the program’s success within credit unions.
