The theme of this year’s summit is “DEI: Here to Stay.” Attendees will explore the value proposition of DEI – both in the credit union industry and at the NCUA, share best practices, develop solutions to industry-specific challenges, and network with peers.
America’s Credit Unions Vice President of DEI Samira Salem is a scheduled panelist for “The state of the credit union system DEI performance” breakout session moderated by Natasha Hewlett Mann, a credit union diversity and inclusion program manager with NCUA’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion.
