Indiana credit union sees success with FedNow

Mihal details how they leverage the FedNow Service to find efficiencies for their small team in Portage, Ind., and answers questions about how they came to the decision to utilize the FedNow Service.
“So far, our feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” says Mihal. “Our members are really pleased that we’re offering this capability and many of them are ramping up to use instant payments regularly.”
