The NCUA board will hear a briefing on the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund at its Feb. 27 meeting, the first with Kyle Hauptman as board chairman.

The meeting will be streamed live on NCUA.gov starting at 10 a.m. Eastern Feb. 27.

The full agenda includes: 

• Board briefing on the share insurance fund quarterly report; and 
• NCUA board vice chairman designation.

America’s Credit Unions expects the share insurance fund briefing to include the 2024 year-end equity ratio, which agency staff projected to be 1.28%, the same as the June 30, 2024 ratio.
