Author, restauranteur Guidara will talk ‘transformational leadership’ at GAC

Bestselling author and award-winning restauranteur Will Guidara will bring perspectives on service-driven leadership to the main stage at the 2025 Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC).

Guidara’s philosophy is rooted in his experience at Eleven Madison Park, named the world’s best restaurant under his leadership, and challenges conventional ideas of success. Guidara believes transformational leadership begins with small, intentional actions that build trust, spark creativity, and inspire extraordinary results.

“It’s an honor to welcome Will to GAC, where he will discuss reimagining leadership in a way that will inspire attendees to lead with purpose, empower their teams, and strengthen the credit union movement through intentional, thoughtful connections,” said America’s Credit Unions Chief Products and Services Officer Todd Spiczenski.

“I am thrilled to join America’s Credit Unions at the Governmental Affairs Conference where up-and-coming leaders are looking to make a difference in people’s lives,” Guidara said. “Seeking innovative and intentional ways to build trust and invigorate creative abilities will help the credit union industry thrive in our economy and the communities they serve. This is an exciting time in the credit union industry, and I am happy to be part of the larger conversation.”

Guidara will explore:

  • How service-driven leadership—a culture of care and intention—can transform teams and organizations;
  • Practical, actionable ways to foster trust, creativity, and meaningful connections; and
  • How simple, thoughtful actions can drive innovation and elevate outcomes.

This keynote session is proudly sponsored by Councils.

Registration is open for the 2025 GAC, scheduled for March 2-6 in Washington, D.C.
