Mark Arthofer—a credit union member, business owner, and board volunteer—shares his thoughts about the importance of voicing the credit union story with lawmakers. He joined other credit union leaders in visiting Capitol Hill for the first time during GAC, and shared with his U.S. Senators how the credit union helped him when he needed it most.

“It’s very important that they understand the make-up and the mission statements of credit unions,” he says.
