Overview

Do you review members’ tax returns to calculate income for consumer loans, small business loans, or mortgage loans? Are the numerous tax forms and schedules overwhelming? If so, this webinar series is designed for you.

This comprehensive three-part course will demystify the various tax forms and explain the key items used to calculate income for self-employed borrowers and members with diverse income sources. You’ll learn about add-backs for non-cash items and identify true cash flow from related entity sources.

Gain the confidence to accurately interpret the financial picture presented by tax returns, enabling you to better assess a member’s or applicant’s income and financial condition. Attend all three live sessions or watch the recordings at your convenience, as each session builds upon the previous one.
